9 Grain - This wonderfully textured loaf contains the following multi-grains; wheat, barley, flax, oat groats, rye and spelt, and is sweetened naturally with honey. The remaining ingredients are water, milk, shortening, and tritacale with a yeast leavening.
Apple Walnut Bread - Apples and walnuts combine to add delicious texture to this loaf which has a streusel topping. The remaining ingredients are brown sugar, wheat flour, powdered milk, butter, eggs, malt, water, and yeast. Streusel ingredients are sugar, butter, shortening, almond flavoring, cinnamon and vanilla.
Blue Cheese Bacon Bread - This moist and delicious bread combines the savory flavors of bacon and blue cheese. The remaining ingredients are wheat flour, chives, honey, water, onion powder, malt, salt, and yeast.
Caraway Rye - Tasty caraway seeds enhance the flavor of this rye loaf. The remaining ingredients are wheat flour, malt, molasses, honey, water, vegetable shortening, salt and yeast.
Challah - Traditionally Jewish and often referred to as Egg Bread, this braided loaf is aesthetically pleasing as well as delicious. The ingredients are wheat flour, butter, malt sugar, egg, water, milk, salt, vegetable oil, vanilla, and yeast.
Cinnamon Raisin - Cinnamon is the flavorful ingredient found in this bread and it is mated with a generous amount of currants. Remaining ingredients are wheat flour, butter, powdered milk, malt, brown sugar, water, egg, salt, vegetable oil, vanilla and yeast.
Cinnamon Swirl - Hidden inside this bread is a dark swirl of cinnamon. The remaining ingredients are wheat flour, butter, malt, brown sugar, powdered milk, water, egg, salt, vegetable oil, yeast and vanilla.
Cracked Wheat - The cracked wheat adds a pleasing texture to this generous loaf. The remaining ingredients are whole wheat flour, sugar, malt, water, salt and yeast.
Dill Garlic - This bread has the versatility of sourdough with the delightful combination of dill and roasted garlic. Other ingredients in this loaf are wheat flour, honey, water, malt, salt, and yeast.
Farmers White - This hearty bread is lightly sweetened with brown sugar to augment its already popular flavor. The remaining ingredients are wheat flour, powdered milk, butter, eggs, water, malt and yeast.
Fig & Anise - This Italian recipe has the aromatic presence of anise, while figs add flavor and moistness to round of this bread. The remaining ingredients are wheat flour, honey, water, malt, sugar and yeast.
Foccacia with Black Forest Ham - Traditionally from Italy, this flat bread is jam packed with unique ingredients such as Black Forest Ham and pesto. The remaining ingredients are tomatoes, cheeses, Italian seasoning, wheat flour, honey, olive oil, water, malt, coarse salt and yeast.
French Baguette - Perfect for a picnic or dinner at home, the appeal of this bread is its sturdy crust and soft textured center. The ingredients are wheat flour, white flour, honey, water, salt and yeast.
French Bread - A substantial loaf of wheat flour, water, sugar, salt and yeast.
Hazelnut-Date Bread - A delightful bread, with a pleasing nutty texture. The remaining ingredients are chopped dates, honey, wheat flour, water, malt, salt and yeast.
Honey Whole Wheat Bread - Known for its versatility and wonderful texture. The ingredients are whole wheat flour, eggs, bread flour, water, malt, salt and yeast.
Idaho Potato Bread - Potatoes add heartiness to this moist bread sweetened with honey and molasses. The remaining ingredients are wheat flour, water vegetable oil, powdered milk, malt, salt and yeast.
Jalapeno Cheese - The unique blending of jalapenos and parmesan cheese create a robust flavor in this sourdough bread. The remaining ingredients are wheat flour, honey, onion powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, water, malt, salt and yeast.
Kalamata Olive - This robust Mediterranean bread is powered by the distinctive Kalamata olive. The remaining ingredients are whole wheat flour, egg, bread flour, malt, molasses, honey, salt, shortening and yeast.

Sourdough - Dating back to even earlier than the Gold Rush days, sourdough bread became popular with the early travelers and pioneers as it was easy to carry a "starter" along the trail. This versatile bread with the individual and gently "sour" taste is great for all purposes. The ingredients are wheat flour, honey, water, malt, salt, and yeast.
Sun Dried Tomato and Basil - A new favorite, this hearty bread is enhanced with the flavor duo of sun dried tomatoes and basil. The remaining ingredients are wheat flour, garlic, honey, water, vegetable oil, malt, salt and yeast.
